Upside Down Pineapple Cake

ONe of my mom's favorite. fun to make but the prep time runs almost 30 min for me. the visuals are nice, but the flavor is bomb-tastic! overall a tricky one to cook, because your dealing with real fruit in the pineapple and cherries. i got a recipe online and watched tutorials on how to make this delicious dish. since making a few on my own i started changing the recipe a bit, tweeking it to my liking, once i got a bit more creative with the flavors noticed my mom and aunt liking it more. so this one is a fun one to make if you ever get a chance make a cake this one is a sure winner. just a fun short one today to talk about this particular cake. until next time cheers!
